Client - driven research and  consulting is our only business activity along with compassion, care and some coaching support. 

We only work with two or three clients at any given time in a professional relationship with confidentiality, like a doctor, pastor or attorney.

Time is all we have to sell, so that's how we get paid, plus any ancillary project costs such as travel, materials, research tools or promotional expenses (i.e. support for trade shows). 

There are three basic activities:

1. Initial review - fixed price with travel
2. Project - time based, estimated fixed price, subject to agreed upon additions, if any
3. Retainer - monthly base fee for ongoing support as detailed in client agreement

Our hourly fee rate is based upon scope of our relationship with a given client, how well we work together, what we are doing; along with the scale of the relationship - how much time are we allocating to the client/over what duration of time.
